For now, more on Denver

I visited the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. Very good, but I’m afraid that fossilized bones and dinosaur tracks in situ beats out a museum. I will say that I was heartened to see the many parents and children there. They had neat displays though of North America during various periods, as in second photo below. Unlike the Creation Museum in Kentucky, this museum follows the actual science. Adam and Eve with dinosaurs is an exhibit I will never forget.

Next I visited the Denver Botanic Gardens. I cannot say enough how beautiful it was. They specialize in plant varieties that are in various steppe environments like Colorado. I posted many pics on Facebook, but here is the squirrel who showed no fear plus a couple of other pics.

Last place was Museo de las Americas. Small, but really nice.
